Farrokh Billimoria


Farrokh Billimoria is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Green Leaf Capital Partners , he is responsible for investment evaluation and real estate sourcing, screening, valuation analysis, negotiation and execution. Prior to Green Leaf, Farrokh founded Mynt Capital, an investment fund focused on residential real estate. He developed the investment strategy for the Mynt and was responsible for identifying distressed investment opportunities.  Additionally, he coordinated and managed the team responsible for the remodeling process, as necessary.

Prior to Mynt Capital he was at Artiman Ventures, a $270m (resized to $165m), a fund he co-founded. The fund was raised from corporate, institution and individual investors, and was focused on US-India cross-border deals, which leverage India not just for development centers but also address the markets in India. He built and deployed the investment evaluation and selection process for prospective investments including deal sourcing, screening, and performing due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and execution.

Before Artiman, he was a General Partner at the Sprout Group (CSFB Venture affiliate) since 1999. Prior to that he was at Hambrecht & Quist (now JP Morgan/H&Q) where he was a Wall Street Analyst. He was actively involved in the corporate finance and venture capital initiatives at Hambrecht & Quist.  The Wall Street Journal ranked him as an All-Star Analyst for a number of years. Previously, Farrokh was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust (acquired by Deutsche Bank) for 8 years where he was the executive responsible for the global infrastructure. He has held senior managerial roles in development engineering with various networking equipment companies and service providers.

He is currently on Stanford University’s Fulbright Screening Committee for the Fulbright Scholars Program and on the advisory council of the Clinton Initiative / AIF Fellowship program. He is on the board of trustees of the College of Engineering Pune India


Michael J. O’Neil

Michael J. O’Neil is a Co-Founder of Green Leaf Capital Partners. Mike manages the acquisitions and operational process where he focuses locating multifamily assets and then overseeing the on the ground execution. Mike brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and multifamily development and construction with a proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, sensitive transactions with multiple partners.

Prior to founding Green Leaf, Mike was an in charge of acquisitions at RCMG Real Estate Advisors which was a multifamily syndication firm. He was also a Partner/Vice President of Acquisitions with Legacy Partners where he managed new development in excess of $350M across the Western United States as well as significant involvement in over $2B in real estate acquisitions with the Goldman Sachs Whitehall fund. Prior to his time with Legacy Partners, Mike successfully founded and oversaw the growth of multiple construction firms that built residential and commercial property throughout Northern California.

Mike has a degree in Environmental Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Thomas A. Hall

Thomas A. Hall is a co-founder of Green Leaf Capital Partners. Tom leads the firms finance operations and has primary responsibility for approving and managing its investments on behalf of its lenders and investors.

Prior to forming Green Leaf Tom worked as a CFO for K.Wayne Rice and Associates and RCMG Real Estate Advisors overseeing approximately $150m of multifamily properties. Tom was instrumental in developing a firm wide restructuring plan that saw a significant sell off of apartment assets during the 2006-2008 period at peak market values.

Prior to this Tom worked at Northern California based regional accounting firm where he oversaw the firm’s commercial real estate division. Tom worked with a wide array of clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate finance, accounting and tax. Some of the clients include Legacy Partners, the principals of AMB Property Corporation, Nearon Enterprises, and a multitude of other local and national real estate companies.

Tom has selected and managed over $500 million in real estate assets and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Tom sits on the real estate advisory board of the Berkeley Food and Housing Project and is the chairman of the board for I Gate Development Corporation a northern California regional based non-profit that focuses on the development and management of incubator space for clean energy companies.

Cathy Ritter

Cathy is the Controller at Green Leaf Partners, and is responsible for the overall accounting operations and financial reporting for the firm. Cathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1985 and worked for Diebold, Inc. as a Financial Analyst for 10 years. Prior to joining Green Leaf Partners, she owned a Bookkeeping and Consulting firm and worked with a variety of clients and industries, including non-profit organizations, law practices, small businesses and CPA firms

Linda Oliver

Linda Oliver is the Asset Manager for Green Leaf Partners. She is responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties owned by the firm. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Property Manager. She has 20 years of industry experience working for large Real Estate Investment Trusts, including, Archstone- Smith, BRE and most recently Equity Residential. Linda has been successful in managing all facets of property management,

Theresa Loehr

Theresa Loehr, Executive Assistant, has been with Green Leaf Partners since 2013. She has 6 years of industry experience working for Sequoia Equities in accounting & Human Resources. Theresa assists in the daily operations of Green Leaf including dispositions and acquisitions.

David C. Burrill

David C. Burrill is Corporate Construction Manager for Green Leaf Partners. Dave manages new building construction and energy retrofits with a focus on sustainable building and energy efficiency. Dave brings over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, helping businesses to navigate the rapidly evolving green technology landscape. He began his career with the media ratings firm Arbitron Ratings Company, where he elevated himself to Western Division Sales Manager. From there Dave was recruited to open the western United States for Americom Radio Brokers in Washington, DC which closed over $1.5B in media transactions during his tenure.
