Take ramp right for Valley River CTR toward Valley River CTR. Keep straight onto Valley River Rd. Turn right on Goodpasture Island Rd. Turn left onto Alexander Loop.

Driving I-5 S: Take exit 195B, take ramp right for OR-569W/Randy Pape Beltline toward Oregon Coast. Take ramp right for Delta Hwy toward Valley River CTR/Downtown. Turn left onto Delta Hwy.
